概要

I have done master in public Administration with Human Resource Management, Strategic Management training Development, Organization Development as major subjects. I have started my career from the post of Monitoring and Evaluation officer and now reached to the position of Planning Hr Manager. My major fields of expertise are Human resource Management, Organization Development, Policy Development and Planning. I have developed and implemented and designed many policies and projects on HR, Admin, Procurement export and import, Skill Development, Community Mobilization and Education and have worked in whole province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab(Islamabad, Rawalpindi).
I am a trained professional on Policy/manual Development, project design and has developed organization related structures and manuals. I have also strong reporting skills and have reported to CEO/MD at our company and apart from this to international organization like, USAID, UNDEF, the Asia Foundation, World Mediation Germany and Youth Service America. I have also traveled across South Asia and have the ability to work in challenging environment.
